Know where every order is.
Without walking the floor or asking anyone. Late orders flag themselves before the customer notices, and nothing slips through the cracks.
For people who make things to order
Every order gets a private page that fills with photos from your workshop as you make it. Your customers stop wondering. You stop answering “any update?”. And the wait becomes the best part of buying from you.

They’ve paid. They’re excited. Then nothing, for the whole wait, until a dispatch email. So they message you. And you stop working to answer.
The same wait, two ways

Seven moments of excitement instead of two emails and a worried message. That’s what they tell their friends about.
Your numbers
Move the sliders to match your business.
Every year, that’s about
spent on 480 messages, when you could be making. With Aftermade, the answer is already on their phone, with a photo.
Based only on the numbers you enter.
How it works in your workshop
Every update takes seconds, on the phone already in your pocket. No typing, no logging in and out, no new hardware.
Works on a weak signal: photos are saved on the phone and sent as soon as it can.
What it does for you
Without walking the floor or asking anyone. Late orders flag themselves before the customer notices, and nothing slips through the cracks.
Photographed, recorded and checked against your own tolerances, with a permanent record for every piece. If a question ever comes up, the proof is already there.
A few seconds per step replaces the update emails, the phone calls and the hunting for where an order is. It gives you more time than it takes.
Your customer’s private page
One link, sent for you by email. No app, no account. It looks like your brand, not ours.

Each stage appears as you finish it: your photo, your note, and the checks you choose to share.
Add the carrier’s scans in a couple of taps and they appear on a map. Or, for shops, “ready to collect” with your address and opening hours.
When it arrives, a Certificate of Build: exactly how their piece was made, to save as a picture or PDF.

Getting started
Customers see your brand on every page and email.
Pick a template for your craft and adjust it to how you really work.
Print a QR label on the printer you already have, and you’re live.

Why this exists
AfterMade was born out of DTB Golf, where almost every club we build is made specifically for someone.
We wanted a better way to manage our workshop, but we discovered something much more valuable. AfterMade gave us consistent workflows while transforming the experience for our customers.
Instead of simply waiting for their order to arrive, customers can now follow its creation, see the craftsmanship behind it, and feel part of the process.
We’ve turned the wait into part of the experience of owning something special.

Yes. Collection orders show “ready to collect” with your address and opening hours instead of a parcel map, and the customer is emailed when it’s ready.
About ten seconds per step: scan, photo, done. Everything else (emails, the customer’s page, the certificate) happens by itself. Parcel scans are added by hand for now, a couple of taps each.
